    No prior experience is necessary. Our classes are suitable for all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. Our instructors provide guidance to help you get started and deepen your practice. 

    Most of our meditation sessions are between 60-120 Minutes.

    Drop-ins are welcome if there is space available, but we encourage advance registration to ensure you have a spot in the class.

    We provide meditation cushions and mats, but you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer. Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to sit or lie down comfortably.
