✨ Our inner child is our essence, the aspect of our awareness that is naturally innocent, uncomplicated and playful. 

✨We are all shaped by our childhood experiences, and this, at times, has a negative impact on our adult lives. When we were hurt as children, we often didn’t have the capacity to process it at the time, and so that wound is still there today, making us react to various life situations. 

✨ Healing our inner child allows us to discover the source of our many fears, insecurities and undermining life patterns. By reaching out to our inner child and showing love through this shamanic journey, we can empower ourselves to live a better life.
