Element flow- Breath, Dance, Sound

October 18 @ 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm

💟:: October 18th
⏰: 7:00- 9:00 pm

Elemental Flow: Breath, Dance & Sound is a 2-hour immersive journey through the five elements of nature—earth, water, fire, air, and ether. Through breathwork, ecstatic dance, and sound healing, you’ll reconnect with your body and the natural world.
We will begin by grounding yourself with breathwork, tapping into the earth element and clearing mental clutter. Then, move into ecstatic dance, where you’re free to explore the energy of the elements. There are no rules or choreography, only your body’s natural, intuitive movement.

The experience ends with sound bath, guiding you through each element with deep, resonant tones that help you rest, restore, and integrate.

This class offers a unique space to release tension, explore freedom, and reconnect with the wisdom of your body and nature.

Perfect for: Those seeking emotional release, free movement, and deep relaxation.

Breathwork

Learn how to ground yourself using breathwork techniques that clear mental clutter and bring you into the present moment. This foundational practice helps you connect deeply with your body and prepares you for the movement journey ahead.

Ecstatic Dance
Dive into ecstatic dance, a beginner-friendly, free- form movement practice where your body leads the way. Moving through the elements, you’ll explore fluid, intuitive movement without choreography, allowing for emotional release, creativity, and connection with your inner self.
Sound Bath

of calm.
