Metta – a Loving-kindness Meditation by Naresh & Dharana

Loving-kindness meditation or ‘Metta’ meditation is an ultimate form of generous and selfless love towards ourselves and others.
 

Love, that is free from any expectations or bindings.

 

This meditation helps you to experience  self-compassion, increased focus and attention, and a deep sense of emotional strength that balance our thoughts and actions. It soothes the mind and reduces subjective feelings of suffering.
This loving-kindness meditation is a way of self-healing, sweetening, and pacifying the mind, and produces positive feelings towards everything around us.

 

The Sound Bath Healing stimulates Alpha Waves in our brain which recalibrate our cells and allow us to shift into a deep state of relaxation, coherence, and harmony. It tunes you to the rythm and vibration of your heart energy center.
