Join us on February 12th, for a creative Valentines celebration with the most important partner in your life “ YOU”.
An invitation to surrender to the energy of LOVE within you and to allow its powerful vibration to heal you and inspire your next steps in your evolutionary process.

This workshop brings your awareness to your inner relation, how you talk, listen and treat yourself. How you express your deepest needs and how you set boundaries.

Together we will honor all the steps you have already taken in your self- love journey as well as the new gained insights for self- love practices that you are willing to incorporate in your daily practices.

Within the Drama space will we creatively explore your relationship with yourself and how it is reflected in all other relations outside you. What is the part that needs more attention from you? What part is calling for more love ?

What is Drama Therapy ?
Drama therapy is one of the creative arts therapies modalities widely used nowadays and offered for individuals, groups, families and children. It incorporates the use of theatrical tools in the psychotherapy intervention such as; embodiment, storytelling, role playing, symbols and metaphors. The Integration of the creative element in the therapeutic process facilitates the exploration of the client’s inner materials, the gain of new perspectives and the actions needed for creating a healthy change. In the past forty years drama therapy has been offered in various settings such as; clinical settings, organizations, schools, wellness centers and hospitals.
About Our Instructor: Ingi
Ingi is a multi-passionate weaver that embarked on the jnana path (Self-Knowledge path) twenty years ago after a life altering awakening call. Since then, she started to unravel many layers that allowed her to guide other fellow travellers
struggling on the same road. Through getting to know herself she unblocked many conscious and unconscious limiting beliefs, patterns, and childhood traumas. Not only did this path allow her to find healing but also to discover many hidden passions. Her eagerness to learn and heal brought her to the yoga path in 2004 where she met her Indian Guru Maden Bali and assisted him in supporting women with cancer through yoga. A couple of years later, she started to weave her passion for theater with her genuine motivation to empower other women, this led her to the Drama Therapy
discipline in 2009 where she obtained her Masters degree in Creative Arts Therapies at Concordia University (Montreal, Canada). During her studies she developed a great interest in therapeutic performances and enjoyed the facilitation of plays among different populations; survivors of domestic violence and abuse, new immigrants and activists. Her unstoppable endeavor in exploring and studying various modalities such as, Yoga, Energy Healing, Drama Therapy, Psychology and the different levels of human consciousness served her inner growth process as well as her mission to serve others in their evolution. During the past years she collaborated internationally with different organizations
designing programs to empower women in developing countries. She offered sessions through “ UNESCO” “Médecins du Monde”, “Alexandria Regional Centre for Women’s Health and Development”. She also works in private clinical settings offering individual sessions, workshops and retreats.
As she is surrendering to the unfolding of her career path, she got inspired to weave the spiritual concepts into Drama Therapy interventions. Ingi integrates psychology and spirituality within a creative Drama Therapy setting to guide her clients to transition towards a self- empowering journey where each can overcome their inner resistance
and embrace their uniqueness. Recently, Ingi accomplished her training at Eckhart Tolle’s school of Awakening to
become a Teacher of Presence and started to incorporate the concept of “Presence” in
her therapeutic interventions.
