Zarine is a facilitator for Sound and Gong Meditations.

Together they will guide you through a journey of conscious Art where you will connect with your hearts through a guided meditation. As the year ends, we allow our souls to guide us and trust the heart’s wisdom and consciousness to release what no longer serves us. You will write out all that you wish to release, then, tear and burn it all!

Next, you will paint what you desire to welcome into your lives in the year ahead, while the sounds of the instruments guide your creative journey.

Once completed, you will lie down and be taken into deep states of relaxation and rejuvenation, with the sounds of the gongs, embedding the energies of your manifestations, into every cell of your being.
