Join us for Osho Nataraj Meditation — a beautiful meditative process that channels the body’s natural rhythm into an expression of pure joy and inner silence. This 60-minute method consists of three stages:
- Dance (40 mins): With closed eyes, move totally with the special music designed for this meditation. Don’t control, don’t watch — just allow yourself to dissolve into the dance.
- Stillness (20 mins): Lie down in silence. Witness whatever is present — thoughts, sensations, stillness.
- Celebration (5 mins): Return gently with a smile, refreshed and rebalanced.
