Mind Your Monkeys Workshop With Priyanka Rapjal

MIND YOUR MONKEYS: A 1.5-hour intensive workshop on understanding, identifying and combatting cognitive distortions.

Picture this – your mind is constantly bombarded with self-critical thoughts, and you’re stuck in a loop of imagining worst-case scenarios. Sounds exhausting, right? The reality is, we all struggle with these “mindset monkeys” that cloud our judgment and hinder our growth.

As a fervent believer in improving mental wellbeing, I would be honored to host a 1-hour workshop at your café called “Mind the ‘Monkeys’.”

This immersive session will delve into the world of cognitive distortions, examining how they impact self-talk and exploring proven strategies to conquer them.

By investing just 1.5 hours, participants will learn to:

-Identify and challenge negative thought patterns
-Cultivate increased self-awareness
-Replace self-defeating thoughts with empowering ones
