Purva is a highly skilled and accredited Sound Healing Therapist, specializing in the therapeutic use of sound to heal the body, mind, and spirit.Trained by a Buddhist monk in the ancient sound healing traditions of a Nepalese monastery, she incorporates Himalayan singing bowls, gongs, and other healing instruments into her practice, using their powerful resonance to facilitate deep healing.
By blending sacred teachings with modern therapeutic techniques, Purva helps clients achieve relaxation, emotional release, and energetic balance through the profound vibrations of sound. Her deep understanding of sacred geometry, the science of cymatics, and how sound influences brain waves further enhances her ability to guide clients on their healing journey, tapping into the natural harmonics that restore balance and alignment.
In addition to her healing work, Purva successfully leads Sound Healing Teacher Training Courses, where she mentors students in mastering sound therapy techniques.
