Anxiety and Stress Healing Meditation with Dharana

This mindfulness practice begins by guiding you in calm, controlled breathing, helping you to make space in the mind to avoid feeling overwhelmed.

 

This is followed by setting positive intention for ourselves so that instead of moving away from the negative, we turn towards the positive which releases anything unnecessary & negative.

 

This is followed by a loving & inspiring practice which helps us in inculcating within ourselves, whatever we’ve experienced and imbibing it with love.

 

This loving & inspiring meditation will help you calm your nerves, shift your perspective and also prepare yourself for action, which often proves to be the ultimate antidote to Anxiety.
