Deep Nervous System Reset — A Sound & Gong Immersion

February 8 @ 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm

This immersive experience is centered around the powerful, full-spectrum vibrations of the gong, combined with Himalayan singing bowls, to support deep nervous system regulation and rest.

The gong is not simply heard — it is felt. Its expansive, resonant waves move through the body, gently interrupting stress patterns held in the nervous system and guiding the mind into a deeply meditative, altered state of awareness.

As the gong and bowls work together, the nervous system is invited to shift out of fight-or-flight and into a state of rest and restoration. Cortisol levels naturally soften, mental noise quiets, and the body is given the conditions it needs to release stored tension — without effort, analysis, or verbal processing.

This immersion is especially supportive for those experiencing chronic stress, overwhelm, emotional fatigue, difficulty switching off, or a sense of being constantly “on.” Many participants report deep relaxation, emotional release, improved sleep, and a lasting sense of grounding and clarity after the session.

You are invited to lie down, receive, and be held by sound — allowing the gong’s powerful vibrations to guide the body back into balance and regulation.
