Join us for a powerful evening of Osho Kundalini Meditation, one of the most loved dynamic meditative techniques developed by Osho — designed to unburden the body, release stored energy, and guide you effortlessly into a deep, relaxed awareness.
This one-hour meditation has four stages:
- Shaking (15 mins): Stand and allow your body to shake — not forced, not controlled — just letting go. Shaking helps loosen inner blockages and awaken dormant energy.
- Dancing (15 mins): Let the energy flow into free dance. Move as it comes, without judgment or direction. Pure release.
- Sitting Still (15 mins): Sit with eyes closed. Witness your inner state, allow stillness to settle.
- Lying Down (15 mins): Lie flat in silence. Observe. Rest in deep peace.
