In 2015\, she began deepening her knowledge in Reiki (Japenese for Universal Energy)\, and graduated as a Reiki Master Teacher (KHDA Approved) in 2021; as well as becoming a Certified Mat Pilates Instructor in 2022. \nAlthough Suha’s corporate career revolved around Graphic Design in Media; her passion has always been Energy Healing\, Reiki Therapy and developing Positivity Mindset Workshops; she is also the founder of Reikilates; a Reiki Infused Pilates Practice to harmonize mind\, body\, and soul. \nMoreover\, Suha has 7 years of intensive experience focused on mental health and helping 100’s achieve their highest potential by looking within.
