Drawing from our personal experiences\, we will guide you through insightful teachings\, experiential exercises\, heartfelt discussions\, and guided meditations\, all designed to support your self-reflection\, understanding\, and healing. \nAs facilitators\, we bring a unique blend of expertise and lived experience to the workshop. Our certified holistic therapist\, alongside her daughter\, offers a trauma-informed\, safe and supportive environment where you can explore practical tools\, holistic healing techniques\, and effective communication strategies. Together\, we will foster healthier interactions\, rebuild trust\, and cultivate a more authentic and fulfilling connection. \nWhether you are a mother longing to mend the bond with your daughter or a daughter seeking a deeper connection with your mother\, or you are struggling with a physical or emotional absent parent or child\, we understand the intricacies of this journey. Warmly welcome to embrace the power of healing\, as we embark on a journey that will forever transform our mother-daughter relationships\, internally and externally. \nAbout Maria: \nWith a background in eastern and western medicine\, I have a bachelor degree in acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine\, as well as western medicine. I am also clinically trained in hypnotherapy\, NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) and archetypes\, dream interpretation within Jungian concepts. I am a trauma informed tantra therapist and educator\, working with mother and father complexes. In 2020\, I was also introduced to the revolutionary IFS (Internal Family System) model created by Dr Richard Schwartz. \nMy life work has been to distill the essence of compassion from the mental\, emotional and spiritual realm and provide a practical way to find individual and collective meaningfulness. \nThis brings the right polarity of  biological functioning translated into self-leadership within teams\, integrating our collective heart into our goals of achievements.  \nMy practise complies with the Norwegian government mental and physical health regulations. Client confidentiality is kept to the highest of standards.
