I came into this life to teach people how to fully feel and embrace their emotions and live a truly free and authentic life. \nMy background in Civil Engineering perfectly matches my structured brain\, while my work in Business Development in my family’s hospitality and real estate business further expands my own horizons and my passion in assisting and guiding others to understand and accept themselves on a deeper level\, which brings me joy and fulfilment. \nI am a Human Design and Gene Keys Guide as well as a yoga teacher and Family Constellation Facilitator\, an Executive Career and Relationship Coach and a family and Mental Health therapist under training. \nI am trained to use primal work for the inner child and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy in my workshops. I am also training to become a Spiritual Tantric Practitioner which is a tool that I use a lot in my Human Design Deconditioning practices. \nMy work begins by identifying and analysing your design and I then use my effective and personalized tools to guide you back to the journey of discovering your authentic self.
