SUMMARY:DRAMA THERAPY WORKSHOP - Mindful Manifestation
DESCRIPTION:“ Mindful Manifestation” is a psycho- spiritual workshop creatively designed to bring awareness to the healthy and unhealthy hidden motives that forge our intentions. As we are stepping into a new year\, it is an opportunity to prepare the ground for our intentions and to consciously engage in supporting their manifestations.\nWe will explore different blockages such as limiting beliefs\, suppressed emotions and unresolved issues while acquiring tools to overcome them.\nThroughout the workshop participants will be invited to engage in Drama Therapy activities to facilitate their creative manifestation. Hence\, gaining more insights about their intentions\, limitations and types of manifestations. The Drama therapy activities include improvisation\, embodiment\, storytelling\, role playing\, and the use of symbols and metaphors. \n  \nWorkshop purpose : \n– Identifying between egoic intentions and conscious intentions\n– The steps to conscious manifestation\n– Understanding the four types of manifestation\n– Exploring the blocks to manifestation\n– Manifesting from a place of presence \n
