DESCRIPTION:While women often have close-knit support systems\, men are told things like “Don’t cry” or “Man up.” These messages don’t just limit men—they isolate them. In mixed-gender workshops I attended\, I saw how women often led conversations about emotions\, while many men held back\, nodding along but rarely diving into their own challenges. \nThis realization sparked something in me. Men deserve a space to speak\, share\, and heal without judgment—a space where they don’t have to hide behind societal expectations. That’s why I created thought of Pulse: Real Men\, Real Talk. \nThis workshop is more than a conversation; it’s a movement to empower men to embrace their mental health\, nurture meaningful connections\, and show up authentically in every area of life. \nIf you’re ready to be part of this journey\, welcome to Pulse. It’s a bold step\, but one I believe is so needed—and I’m honored to walk it with you. \n  \n \nAbout Mithu: \nHi\, I’m Mithu—a Clinical Hypnotherapist. \nMy journey to this point has been deeply personal. After going through a tough separation and losing my job at the same time\, I found myself at a crossroads. Seeking therapy and working on myself became a necessity\, and what came out of it was nothing short of life-changing. I didn’t just heal; I transformed into a more authentic version of myself. That transformation inspired the name Real for Life. \nAs I navigated my own healing\, I became fascinated with the mind and the incredible power of energy healing. At first\, my interest was purely personal—I wasn’t planning to practice. But along the way\, I couldn’t help but notice something important: men face unique struggles when it comes to emotional wellbeing. In fact\, many times I have thought if the men in my life did get an opportunity to honour their emotions\, it would have liberated not just them but also their circle. \n
