I am a trauma informed tantra therapist and educator\, working with mother and father complexes. In 2020\, I was also introduced to the revolutionary IFS (Internal Family System) model created by Dr Richard Schwartz. \nMy life work has been to distill the essence of compassion from the mental\, emotional and spiritual realm and provide a practical way to find individual and collective meaningfulness. \nThis brings the right polarity of  biological functioning translated into self-leadership within teams\, integrating our collective heart into our goals of achievements.  \nMy practise complies with the Norwegian government mental and physical health regulations.
